About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Junior RV Repair Technician who is ready to build on existing mechanical or trade experience. You’ll assist with on-site RV repairs, support senior technicians, and gradually take on more independent tasks as your skills develop.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with diagnostics and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, slideouts, roofing, and appliances
  • Perform basic repairs and component replacements under guidance
  • Help with inspections, follow-ups, and quality-control tasks
  • Maintain accurate job notes and parts tracking
  • Provide friendly, professional customer communication
  • Learn and follow Southshore RV Repair workflows and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades
  • Willingness to learn RV systems and follow step-by-step processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
  • Comfortable working outdoors in coastal conditions
